Happy New Year!!

Hi everyone. I wanted to wish you all a safe and Happy New Year!! I'm not doing well at all. Mom is very worried about me. I heard she is going to call my doctor today to discuss my options. All I know is I hurt and I'm really sad cause mom is really sad. She and Skylar cried alot last night. Everytime they talked to me they both would start crying. Me and mom played the bandage game again last night. She calls my name and I try to wag my tail, but I'm just so tired. I heard her say to my family that they have to do what is in my best interest. I'm not sure what that is, but I trust my mom because I know she loves me. In case I don't get to talk to you all again, thank you for being my friends. Love to all!! Love, Roxy

Bandages - YUCK!!

Hi everyone, you know, I'm not one to complain...but I hate bandages. My leg has been bleeding pretty regularly now and mom keeps putting these bandages on it. I take one off, she puts one back on...ARRRGGGG She tells me it's to help keep my booboo's clean. I don't like them on me. So when she goes to bed at night I take it off =) I'm not doing as well as mom would like. My leg has gotten really large and is bleeding (bandages yuck). I'm not eating like she wants me to either. If they bring me the people food then I have no problem eating ;-) All I pretty much do now is lay on my bed and watch people around me and sleep. I don't greet people at the door cause it hurts to bad to get up. Mom was crying a little last night. She asked dad if it was his decision what would he do. He didn't answer, Keisha and Donavon showed up with PIZZA. Dad was talking to me asking what do you smell? Duh, pizza...where's mine? So they shared with me and Savannah. They are just too good to me. Mom and I played the bandage game a few more times last night and then we went to sleep. I don't sleep in her room anymore because it's too far down the hallway. I only get up when I need to potty, water and sometimes eat. Everyone is still sleeping so I think I'll join in. Love to all!! Love, Roxy

Holidays

Hi Everyone. I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas. I did. It was great. Maw maw & Paw paw came over on Christmas eve and we opened presents. It was so great to see them. Then Santa came and I missed him again....but he left me some treats in my stocking. We had ham for Christmas dinner...did I mention I love ham? It's so good. My brother cat Beckham got a collar that he has already lost, stupid cat. My sister Skylar got these ZhuZhu pet hamster. They are fun to watch zooming across the floor. She put one on my bed so I could check it out. It kind of scared me a little so she took it away. If I felt better I think I would enjoy chasing them =) Uncle Bob came up on Sunday, he didn't bring Quincy, but he talked about him. Donavon, my brother, gave Mom this awesome present, pictures of me =) it made her cry, but she told me they were happy tears. Humans...anyways, my sister Keisha gave her a digital frame that she loaded lots of pictures of me and the family on. Boy it was a busy and long weekend. But it was so much fun. There was so much love, fun and food that I think we all are sleeping in today, well except for Mom....she had to go back to work. Well I'm going to lay down and wait for the gang to get up. Merry Christmas

Hi Everyone, I just wanted to take a few minutes and wish all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I'm still hanging in here, but I'm not feeling well. I have lost some of my appetite (unless it's people food, then yummmm). My knot on my ankle has gotten much bigger and hurts pretty good. Last night it was bleeding a little so my mom cleaned it up and gave me lots of loving. She told me a secret that I'm not suppose to share, but you guys are my friends and I know I can trust you =) She told me I was her favorite and that she loves me very much. I'm looking forward to the holiday when my whole family is together at once. Mom and dad says that Santa comes in on Thursday night, but I never hear him when he comes in. I usually hear everybody that comes in our house...strange. Anyways, my Great Uncle Bob might be coming in from Florida a couple of days after Christmas. I wished he would bring my little cousin Qunicy with him, so I can meet him. But he usually hires a doggie sitter for him. My sister Keisha is home for the holidays from college. My brother Donavon and sister Skylar are also home from school for the Christmas break. It's so cool, I always have someone with me and talking to me. I love it. Maw maw, paw paw and stormie are coming over on Thursday to open presents. I can't wait. I'm so excited. I just love company. Well, I'm going to go take a nap until my lazy family wakes up. My sister Skylar

Hi everyone!! Hope you all are enjoying your day. I'm still hanging in. My leg hurts more so I lick it alot, which drives mom crazy. But I still feel pretty good, still eating and wanting to play. My sister Skylar went to the eye specialist yesterday. Man, Mom and her were gone a long time. She is having issues with her left eye, they say she is "blind" in that eye. So mom and dad bought her some glasses. Skylar seems excited about it, but mom as always is worried about her. She see's just fine out of her right eye, so they are protecting it while seeing if they can fix her left one. She has to wear a patch on her good eye once she gets her glasses and try to make her left eye work. This should be fun, she can only see about 2 feet in front of her....so I think I'll stay out of her way. Luckily she doesn't have to wear it all day, just for a few hours after school. I heard mom tell dad he gets to be the lucky one to put her in the patch and then when she gets home from work she'll take the patch off. Dad said gee, thanks a lot, I'm the mean one and your the good one. Mom said duh : ) Anyways, I'm waiting on dad to get up. He got in real late today, his truck messed up on him and he had a hard time getting back home. I don't really have anything to do until he gets up, so guess I'll take my nap. Love to All!! Love, Roxy
