Hello Roxy's friends, this is her mom. We lost Roxy on Saturday 1/2/10. I know she would want me to thank you all for being in her short life and for being her friend. Anyone who knew Roxy new unconditional love. She was the most wonderful dog you could ever know. She went peacfully thanks to her doctor, Dr. White with the Catawba Heights Animal Hospital. I would like to thank Dr. White and his staff for the wonderful care and love they have given to Roxy these five short years. Roxy left me with a kiss on my cheek and an emptiness in my heart that no other dog will be able to fill. She is missed greatly by our whole family. Even though she is in a far better place, I wished she was home with me, without the pain of cancer. I know my girl and if she was here with me, she would be in my face saying enough of that crying business now. So for her, I will go on and try to be strong, because that is what she would want for me...for all of us. So be strong, love her and remember her...the big goofy dog with the heart of gold!!
